My roku no longer stays connected after I set it up. After I press the reset button, It continues to go through the entire process of setting up. I choose my internet network - it connects successfully then the black screen shows up stating no network fir the roku.

We're glad to assist you with your problem with your Roku streaming stick. How are you powering your Roku streaming stick? We recommend powering it directly from the wall outlet using a power adaptor and not from the back of the TV. You can also try a different power cable, outlet, and adaptor to ensure that it is getting enough power. While doing so, try to restart your modem and router too.
