Roku Streaming Stick Loses Connection After Update

Ever since the last updates from Roku (3 days ago?) I continually lose my connection. I shut everything down, reboot and I'm back in the game. But after 20 mins or so, the same thing happens again. It has been happening continually all day and I am sick of rebooting. Unfortunately, with Roku there is NO SUPPORT!!! My Wifi provider says I have to switch from 2g to 5g and only Roku can do that. But with no support, how can I get this fixed???

Thanks for sharing this information with us, and we understand you're having network connection issues after the update. Have you tried connecting to an alternative network such as a mobile hotspot as start to see if you're able to maintain a connection?
