What is the router model number you are using? Also, who is ISP (internet service provider).
Since able to remain connected on hotspot, likely just a configuration with the router settings.
Do you have an option to connect to either your 2.4ghz or 5ghz band (or are these bands merged and you only see one SSID network to connect to)?
Some details as to your network setup may help in troubleshooting. (more detailm the better). Additionally, what is the model number of the other Roku device that is having issues? Are you seeing any error messages when the device(s) disconnect? (usually a box will appear with an error number).
