Roku Connectivity Help (Roku wifi chip fried?)

I have a Roku Express+ (3910RW) - worked fine for 2+ years.  Now won't find ANY network devices. 2 other Roku devices in the same house are fine. Doesn't even find our neighbor's wifi! All other devices connect just fine. Multiple reboots of enterotomy and nothing happens. Time for a new Roku??

Hi @ncmacasl

Thanks for letting us know about this.

It seems that your Roku device having trouble detecting the network wirelessly. For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried connecting this Roku device to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you are able to connect? Kindly provide us the wireless MAC address of your Roku device, Wireless MAC address can be found by highlighting Scan again or a Private network.

Keep us posted on what you find out.

Regards,
Nimfa
