Also, we appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have taken to resolve the issue. We'd love to take a further look at this. Can you confirm what error message you've encountered? May we know your ISP (internet service provider)? In addition, is this provider the same as your old provider?
However, here are a few troubleshooting steps that commonly resolve this issue:
- Clear the network information on your Roku device. Navigate to Settings > System > Advance System Settings > Network connection reset. Then reconnect it once more.
- Restart your modem/router.
- Connect to an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot, if you can connect and maintain a network connection.
