I just got an update for my roku and now its stuck and switching between the (ROKU) screen and the (No Signal) screen. Cant access any menus. Its just spinning between those screen. Been doing this for 30mins. Ive tried unplugging, turning it off and on. Nothing. Just sits there bouncy back and forth.  I have wifi connection.  Do i just need a new roku or is there a trick to this?

If yours is a model that gets its power through a USB cable and you're using the TV's USB port, try using the supplied power adapter plugged into the wall or a USB power adapter/charger from a phone or tablet that can supply at least 1 Amp.  Other than that, a factory reset is about all that's left to try.
