Roku Ultra doesn’t work at all

I am so frustrated with my Roku Ultra. I’ve experienced several problems, tried every single trouble shooting suggestion and it reliably does not work. It constantly disconnects from my WiFi and won’t reconnect. I’ve gone through all the steps including two factory resets and the problem continues to happen. Then, the remote has a meltdown and won’t respond to any button pushing. Sometimes, if I leave it alone for long enough, it will magically reconnect and I can watch things again, but a few days later the entire cycle restarts. Sometimes the sound (only during streaming) doesn’t work. I can hear the little bloop sound when I press the arrow buttons and home buttons but there’s no audio when I’m trying to watch something. I’m officially giving up. It’s not worth how frustrating it is just to watch one simple tv show. Now I’m just accepting the fact that I wasted $90 and will have to find something else. Maybe an Apple TV would be better?
