Hi @vulpeZerda,
Thanks for the first post to the Roku Community!
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you regarding the trouble you've experienced with your ONN RokuTV and would like to know more about it and see how we can help, but we need more details.
For us to help you better, we will ask a set of questions to isolate the issue:
For troubleshooting purposes, we recommend to unplug and replug your Roku TV from the outlet for 10-20 seconds to see if there are any differences after doing so.
Please keep us posted, and we'll continue assisting you from there.
All the best,

So when I turned on the wifi to the roku tv it started an update. The update went through and it turned off the tv now the tv wont turn back on. I have unplugged it for a bit and tried plugging it back in still wont turn on. Tried a different outlet wouldnt turn on. Tried the reset switch in the back and it wouldnt turn on still
as for the network we have 3 other tvs that use the wifi also and have had no issues. Its just this one. I bought it to use as a secondary monitor for my laptop so I hadnt connected it to the wifi till the update incident but I havent been able to turn it on since then
Hello, @vulpeZerda!
We would be happy to investigate further, but we need further details. Can you please provide us with the following information:
Once we have this information, we can pass it along to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation.
We look forward to working with you to help resolve this issue.
Thanks,
Arjiemar
Since the TV auto updated it just sits at the TCL . ROKU TV wall paper for about 45 seconds then shuts down and restarts the same and will loop like this until the mail power is shutdown. I can not give you any software version or any details of the software or settings as the TV will NOT load.
Serial Number - Z22470485060
Can I download a firmware or OS for the TV and install this via the built in USB port. If so, could I have a website that has the download and the process. THANK YOU
@The_Chronicle, try https://tvupdate.roku.com/, but I have a feeling you won't get anywhere if the TV isn't somewhat functional.
