Could you be more specific about “powers on”? Rokus are usually on all the time, so I’m thinking perhaps you have it plugged into your TV’s USB port for power and that keeps powering it off and on. ??
If so, try plugging it directly into the AC adapter and into a AC power. Some TVs don’t supply quite enough power to their USB ports leading to odd behaviors.
