To connect to my college internet the roku says to click hotel or dorm to connect, then it brings me to a pop-up on screen. The pop-up tells me to go to my network in settings and click on the network that is named (DIRECT-roku-MNA-E6A5FA) and type in a password, then once I do that I should launch a browser tab and enter my name and room #. But it gets stuck at the password phase, it either doesn't work at all (saying wrong password) or when it does try to go through it say wrong ip address!! Please help I have been trying for months to get it to work and I'm not sure what to do!

We recommend retyping the internet password and verifying its accuracy. Please select the appropriate wireless network for your college dorm from the list of available networks. Passwords are case-sensitive.

As a temporary solution, you can connect your streaming device to a mobile hotspot. If you are able to connect your Roku device to your mobile hotspot, please contact your college dorm's internet provider for further assistance.
