I have been trying to get help with connecting to the internet. My internet is fine, but I cannot get Roku to connect. I went into Roku's Customer Service and was informed that my service did not rate talking to an agent. What? So now I am on my own on solving a problem with their product? I have tried everything that they suggest I try. I am canceling Roku and moving on. This is unacceptable.
Since Roku doesn't charge anything, there's nothing to cancel. If you can tell us what model Roku you have, and exactly what the problem is (simply saying it won't connect isn't enough) perhaps we can help you out.
Make sure mobile app and device are on the same frequency band when connecting. Mobile app should find it.
