Can you possibly send me steps on how to do this?
“Try selecting the 2.4 GHz band of your network for all your Roku devices and see if the connection stabilizes.”
I know that I need to keep it on 5GHz in order for my wireless Sonos to work, so I have no idea how I can get some devices as 2.4 and some on 5?
Having similar issues for the last 2 days on 4 different Roku devices. Says not connected. Go through set up process and it says already connected. Continue with the set up usually does not work, but sometimes it connects and can open a channel but after a few seconds, it looses connection. I have a new router (1 week) and have re-booted numerous times. I have both Roku and Roku Express devices.
Based on my research, I changed the 2.4 GHz to B/N/G instead of automatically choose and it worked!! I turned on both Roku devices yesterday and they both connected instantaneously. Hopefully they do the same today.
Good Luck 😎

That’s an awesome update! I spent 2 hours on the phone with my internet provider yesterday trying to help me fix my connection. We got one of my streaming devices to work but not the Roku device.
I was going to give up and just buy an Amazon Firestock at this point. My Roku loses connection often and it’s just getting so frustrating having to unplug and replug the device and my modem every time someone wants to watch tv in the house.
I’ll try what you did and see if one last attempt will fix my issue for good, thanks for sharing!
ask your provider to set up a 2.4 and 5 connection. You will then have the option to connect to different networks for each device.
