You probably won't notice a difference either way. I'd choose the excellent connection and then if there was a problem switch to the other. A 2.4GHz channel has plenty of capacity for streaming anything from the Internet. It's only when people try to stream their own raw Blu-ray rips that a 2.4GHz connection could be too slow.
