My wireless modem stopped working and I have fired up a new one. Every other tv and device is connecting to the network but this one particular tv.
have done a factory reset restarted my router and nothing works. Is there anything else I can try.

If your internet service provider is Comcast or ATT, we would recommend changing your router settings for the 2.4 GHz band from g/n to b/g/n, as customers have stated that this helped resolve their issue.

@Suptown Your ONN Roku TV is dual band which means connect to 2.4 or 5.0. Have you tried both?
@Suptown, are you getting any error messages/codes? What exactly is happening when you try to connect?
