Have 3 TVs using Roku Stick. 2 of the 3 TVs work perfectly.

Have 3 TVs using Roku Stick. 2 of the 3 TVs work perfectly. Bought a new Roku stick for the non working TV, still have an issue. During SETUP Roku says this, non working, TV is Not connected to the Internet. Up until about 1 week ago all 3 TVs worked perfectly! All 3 TVs use the same router and modem. I have reset the modem and router... Any Ideas?

"Bought a new Roku stick for the non working TV, still have an issue."

Does this mean you had a stick on this TV before it stopped working then bought another and it's still not working?

"Up until about 1 week ago all 3 TVs worked perfectly!"

By this, am I to assume you now have four Roku sticks, one of which was working about a week ago but now is not, and the fourth also is not working?

Is the Roku stick that is not working on WiFi or Ethernet?

In your Roku settings, check: Connection>About (or something like that). What is your connection type (Ethernet or wifi) and if it's wifi, is it 2.4 or 5Ghz?

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Yes, you are correct. I have 4 Roku sticks, the new one - not working and one that was plugged into my HDMI port, and up to 1 week ago worked.

I'm Wi-Fi 2.4 Ghz

Re: Have 3 TVs using Roku Stick. 2 of the 3 TVs work perfectly.

Is the third TV further away from the router than the other two? Are there more walls between the third TV and the router than the other TV's?

Have you placed anything anywhere between the router and that TV (especially anything metal such as metal shelving? Is the router near anything metal or a TV that could be interfering with the radio signal?

Have you tried plugging the third Roku stick into one of your other TVs to see if it then works?

Are you using any wifi extenders?
