Today our Roku would not startup after our Wi-Fi was down. Once Wi-Fi service was back up, could not get Roku to start. Resets and reboots were done but screen continues to go to a unusual frozen state with a message: go.roku.com/remotehelp which leads to an AT&T page that is a scam page (AT&T confirmed). The frozen page has 3 circles showing the backside of a Roku remote indicating to check batteries - which are new. I cannot move past this help and cannot find any resources to on my Roku account page to assist with this. Please, can ANYONE help identify what could be going on here? Thank you!!
