Error code 14.30 But Internet Connection Strong and Working

I have Verizon mobile hotspot. I have changed to the 2.4 ghz and also to the 5 ghz. I have done the factory reset and all the steps to most posts and Youtube videos.  Still no connection. Still my roku has not found my network. When I first bought this years ago,  worked fine. Frustrating.

Have you turned of the 5g off and try connecting to 2.4g some older Roku’s are not supported if that works turn the 5g back on

sorry to hear that! It’s just not right when we have no connection 😂

If it came with any paperwork read and make sure it supports hotspots

THANK THANK THANK YOU!! Going into my xfinity app and switching the type of wifi or whatever FINALLY WORKED...it took me 5 hours to find this && I thought I was going to go insane!!! THANK YOU
