Error code 020, Hot spot has worked for over a year with no problem.

Error code 020, Hot spot has worked for over a year with no problem, now when I go on netflex, vudu, or others and choose a movie etc. it sends me a message to disconnect everything, shut my TV of and reconnect. Tried this several times but does the same thing. Sometime I do have sound but just the instructions.
