If you are currently using a Roku device connected to your TV via a HDMI connection, you will need to use your TV remote (not the Roku remote) to toggle the "Input/Source" to your Antenna Input in order to watch your local/OTA channels.

Roku streaming devices do not have a TV tuner so there is no Antenna input on the Home Screen.

If you are using an actual RokuTV (a TV with built-in/integrated Roku), then go to Settings/TV Inputs and see if "Live TV" is under the "Unused Inputs".  On a RokuTV, you will need to enable the Live TV Input before it becomes available on the Home Screen.  You will then select the Live TV Input tile from the Home Screen (not from the left side menu) in order to watch your local/OTA channels.
