All other devices connected except one roku device

All my other devices are connected (including another roku device) but the one in my bedroom is not connecting. I tried resetting the roku player, doing a network reset, resetting the router, bringing the roku in question closer to my router, and it still won't connect to my network. Because I did a factory reset hoping to solve the problem, I can't get past the set up page after you select your language because I need to connect to a network (which I cannot do). Anyone experience anything similar or have ideas on how to troubleshoot or should I just destroy my roku device

Re: All other devices connected except one roku device

Hi @rye15001,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We understand that you're having a problem with your Roku since it will not connect to your wireless network. We would be happy to look further into this issue, but we will need more details. Can you please provide us with the following information:

  • How many devices do you have connected to your network right now? (e.g., TV, mobile phone, laptop, computer)
  • What error message or code are you getting after trying to connect to your network? (after putting in the network credentials)
  • Do you have cellular data, so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot?

We look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Thanks,

John
