Hello! @Browne42,

Thank you for your post in the Roku Community!

We appreciate you contacting us regarding the issue with your Roku TV, which has error code 0140.10. We are pleased to assist you.

Error codes 0091414.1014.1114.3014.5014.62, and 14.64 means that your streaming device is unable to connect to the internet.

Review the tips below to fix common network issues for your Roku streaming device.

  • Make sure you are using the right network and password. If you do not know the password, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or the person who set up your wireless network.
  • Check if other devices can connect to the same Wi-Fi® network. Test your internet connection using a phone, computer, or tablet that is connected to the same network. If your other device is not working, reach out to your ISP for further help.
  • Restart your Roku device. To restart your device, you can either unplug the power cable, wait a moment, and then reconnect it, or follow the steps below to restart your device from the Settings menu.
  • Restart your router. Refer to the steps below for instructions on restarting your modem or router.
  • Perform a Network Connection Reset on your Roku device. By navigating to Settings > Advance system setting > Network connection reset > Reset connection

After the network reset is done, your Roku device will restart, and you will need to return to the settings menu and set up your wireless network again.

You can connect your streaming device to a mobile hotspot as a temporary workaround to make sure there is not an issue with your device.

If the previous steps did not fix your internet connection issue and you are comfortable working with networking equipment, you can visit the article with advanced troubleshooting tips and networking features.

Thanks,
