Re: cameras.roku.com "The screen you're trying to reach can't be viewed on a mobile browser.&qu
My laptop that kept giving the "mobile browser" error suddenly worked tonight. Maybe Roku finally fixed the problem.

Yes! Thank you. I was so excited when I read your reply from my phone in bed that I flew up to go see and pulled something in my back. Yikes! But yes, SMART HOME WEB VIEW IS WORKING AGAIN, finally! Yay!!!!

Glad it's working for you. What browser are you using?
I'm using Firefox on a Windows10 laptop and still get the message
"Camera is not supported on this browser"
on the Roku Smart Home LiveStream page - https://my.roku.com/smarthome .

Interestingly enough, this web page almost works when using my chromebook. Instead of the "can't be viewed" message it looks like it is trying to display a video stream from the camera. But doesn't quite get there and instead shows me a busy/spiral pattern.

I supplied that info. to you months ago and then heard............nothing. Seems futile to do it all over again.

Re: Smart Home Web View Error "Camera is not supported on this browser"
Making corrections to what I posted previously in terms of what was happening and what is happening now. With win10 laptops was getting the "The screen you're trying to reach can't be viewed" error (not the "Camera is not supported on this browser" errror). No longer getting that error. Looks like webpage is trying to load video stream, just not successfully. Getting a spinning wheel.
The rest of this post is essentially same as before. Same issue on my chromebook.
Camera model: CS1000X
MAC address: 7C67AB0D81A5
Firmware: 7.0.0 - build 26-FD
Computer make: Acer
Model: Chromebook Plus 514, Model # N32Q18
App Browser: ChromeOS: Version 133.0.6943.184 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Re: cameras.roku.com "The screen you're trying to reach can't be viewed on a mobile browser.&am
@NoJumpJackFlash, I think two similar but unrelated issues got merged into this thread. Some of us were getting an error that specifically mentioned a "mobile browser" which made no sense since I believe we were all using laptops, desktops, or chromebooks (I don't know if chromebooks could appear as a mobile browser). I think the "Camera not supported" message is something different. Have you've tried a different browser?
I'm using Firefox, but I believe it's an older version (131.0.2 32-bit version) and both my laptop (which just started working) and my desktop (which always worked) run Windows 10.
