Smart Home App no longer delivers notifications

None of this works. I have had my cameras for a few months and have tried everything I can think of or listed in help topics. I have 3 cameras - 1 indoor 360 and 2 wireless outside. None of them work and we had a serious issue yesterday - fortunately we have an alert neighbor who called us.

  • Log ID: From the camera, go to settings > gear > support > submit log.
  • Firmware version
  • Brand of the device
