I have the same problem watching NCIS on Global. The four clicks on the Asterick did not work for me. However, this works for me but has to be set each time you watch a new program or the program restarts after a commercial. Haven't been able to find away to make the change permanent.
Select the asteric on the remote once, scroll down on the pop up menu to accessibility and captions, select audio track and change from Divehi to English.
