I've barely had this tv for not even a full 2 years and after a move my picture is stuck showing negative. I've done every possibility to try and fix it nothing. i power cycled over night, change picture settings and factory reset like 3x. nothing is working and I'm getting very upset and fear i may have to replace my TV which isn't very ideal

Don't really understand what you mean by saying the TV is negative, but you should reach out to Onn support directly Customer support | onn.

just forget it Onn and Roku basically I'm **bleep** out of luck and there's no way of fixing it especially since it past its warranty power cycling failed every reset even factory reset failed. and calling customer support only to be told that its an internal issue and there nothing they can do just put me in a bad position. I've only had this tv less then 2 years and it just crapped out on me.

Unfortunately, Roku has no control over third party manufacturers that pay to license the Roku operating system for use on their TV. The biggest issue with these budget level TVs, such as Onn, is that they tend to cut corners on the quality of components that they use (which is why the price is low), that tend to not last or develop problems quickly.
