YouTube hasn’t worked for weeks

I’ve been having issues with my Roku TCL TV and YouTube. The app won’t load on screen but I can hear the audio for YouTube start up. I have tried redownloading Youtube and checking for Tv software updates and no avail. 

TCL Model: 49S405

Hardware ID:7127x

Software Version 14.0 

YouTube: Version 2.20 Build 110005162

To help us accurately investigate the issue, could you also provide the Tracker ID of your Roku device? (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID).

Tracker ID will not pop up when YouTube screen is just black but from the Home Screen it works and it is

Got it to work when the screen is black for YouTube. 

the new number is 99-486-305
