Solving playback issues

Thanks, Jharra. I tried all of those and nothing worked, unfortunately. I did find a page on the Xfinity site indicating that only Roku model numbers ending in the letter X are compatible with Xfinity Stream. All of the ones I’ve tested end in RW. Are the 3800RW, 3900RW, and 3910RW supposedly still compatible with the Xfinity Stream app?

Thank you. I’ve tried those steps multiple times, but unfortunately I’m still experiencing the same issue with all of the devices.

Hi Jharra - It looks like my previous reply may have been deleted, but unfortunately the recommended steps did not resolve the problem. I am glad to report, however, that the Xfinity Stream app did start working on the Roku devices again but not until a few days after the last attempts to reset the devices and network, etc.

Hi...  My Xfinity app won't work on my Roku TCL TV or my Roku 4k box and error code is TVAPP-00195.  I've tried everything including calling Xfinitytech support resetting all network options clearing cache erasing channel and redownloading channel restarting modem restarting TV and all app updates have been installed and are up to date but still isnt working.  Please help!!!!

In this regard, we would recommend working with Xfinity Support and letting them know about the persistent issue you've encountered with their app since the error code is specific to their app. 

Channels and apps on Roku are developed, designed, and maintained by the channel providers. They can provide a workaround to resolve an issue or develop an update to fix their app.

Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel providers themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from them.
