We'd like to investigate further the issue that you're having. May we know what Roku device you are using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify)

@PoreaWhat model device, where is it placed and what country are you living? I'm a long time Roku user who's never had a problem with over heating, so there's a chance that yours is defective or placed in a cabinet where air flow is limited
