Xfinity Stream app says not connected to home Wi-Fi network

I deployed Roku and connected to my home network. Every app is working GREAT - with the exception of my Xfinity Stream app (my Live TV). It will not present or play any channels as it says I am not connected to my home network. But I am? I used the app on my Windows PC and on my mobile phone and they are perfect. They are connected to the same network. So I am believing this is a Roku issue and not an Xfinity issue as their app is playing perfect on everything but my new Roku. I have tried all the suggestions here (reset network, reset Roku, delete app and reinstall, etc.). Nothing works. SOOO frustrating. I do not want to go to Firestick but I'm running out of patience and options. Can anyone help?

Contact Xfinity.  No matter how you look at it, it's their app.

Re: Xfinity Stream app says not connected to home Wi-Fi network

I believe both Comcast and Roku are responsible. If Roku allowed any app to publish their platform would become useless. I tested the Xfinity Stream app on my Windows PC, my Apple IOS phone, my sister's Galaxy Android OS phone and my Samsung (Rizen OS) TV - works perfect on all of them. However, they are not the platform I chose to use for my (aggregated) entertainment - Roku is. Hopefully Roku will leverage their relationship? I know it's a long shot they will solve but I do not want to move to Firestick and I am not moving off of Xfinity (not in love with YouTube TV) so I'm working this forum in hopes of answer or solution.

I am working with Xfinity support in background. Anyone else have anything to offer? Would really appreciate it.
