We'd like to take a closer look into this issue that you're experiencing. May we know what Roku device you are using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku streambar, Roku TV-Specify) Is there an external device that is connected to the back of your TV? (Antenna, cable box, speakers, etc.) Please make sure that all the cables are properly plugged in and firmly attached.
