Solving playback issues

Hi,

We have a Roku Ultra 4660 connected to old Samsung Plasma TV. We've had this set up for a long time with no issues.

Last night watching a Netflix movie for about 1hr, when Roku unexpectedly switched to Hulu app (and on occasion to Paramount+).  Checked software update and restarted Roku, Netflix movie played for 5-10 min then did it again. Repeated 5-10 times until we got to end of movie. Tried various solutions with no luck during those restarts. The remote was sitting on table, so no accidental pressing of button. Changed batteries in remote. No change. Used roku app on phone for remote - no change. The remote's "ll>" button seems to be getting difficult to push, but how would that switch apps in midstream? Could that be issue?

As a troubleshooting step, remove the batteries from your remote and control via the app for a while.  This should tell you if the remote is causing the problem.
