WEIRD VOICE OVER SHOWS UP AT EVERY MENU OPTIONS

Just started getting a weird voice over at every menu I hit on the home screen. Never had this before and I don't know how to turn it off. Sounds like an AI voice telling me what menu I'm on. It is really disturbing. How do you get support help it appears nonexistence.

Press * on your remote four times or turn it (and that shortcut) off in the Accessibility settings.
