I have a TCL Roku model 50S431. When watching any Roku channels, any time an ad comes on specifically for apps for mobile devices (Monopoly Go is one of the worst, but they are all horribly loud), the sound volume shoots WAY above the setting with other commercials or the show I am watching. I have tried every suggestion I have seen related to this issue, but I still have not found a fix. I hope someone have figured this out. The device model listed above Hardware ID C137X, Software version is 13.0.0-build 24062-93. The volume on these channels is so loud, I have to mute the TV until my show comes back on or it is on another ad. Thanks in advance. I am using my TV speakers. I don't dare use my sound bar because I think the entire neighborhood would hear the sound.
