Troubleshooting "Can't Run Channel" and "Insufficient Memory" Errors

Hey everyone,

Getting "Can't run channel" or "Insufficient Memory" errors on your Roku? Let's fix this!

Here are a few things to try:

  • Restart your Roku: Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart.
  • Unplug and replug: Unplug your Roku from power, wait 15 seconds, then plug it back in.

  • How many channels are installed on your device?
  • What device model are you using?
  • When did the issue start happening?
