To fully assess the issue you're running into, would you mind providing us with a few more details?
- Have you tried switching to another HDMI port (preferably HDCP 2.2, if supported)?
- Is the static sound happening when accessing a certain channel? If so, kindly specify which channel(s) these are.
- Have you tried checking the TV sound itself and confirming that the static sound does not come from it?
