Solving playback issues

Mi dispositivo Roku inicia y suena como que estuviera iniciando todavía cuando entro a YouTube y Netflix se vuelve a reiniciar y se pone negra la pantalla también al lado de la luz blanca del dispositivo aparece una luz roja pero cuando entra a Crunchyroll me deja entrar normalmente el problema está cuando reproduzco algo en las plataformas se pone negra y ya no funciona para nada reinicio el dispositivo y luego vuelve lo mismo eh intentado de todo desde formatearlo eh reiniciarlo cambiarle la calidad hasta cuando lo reinicié le cambié de cuenta pensé que serían virus y borre algunos juegos que tenían ya no sé qué hacer necesito ayuda porque quiero utilizar las plataformas de streaming y mi TV no es Smart TV
