Solving playback issues

We understand you're also encountering an issue with the Tablo TV app. We'd be happy to pass this on to the relevant team for further assistance. 

Firstly, we need additional information to proceed with the investigation. 

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)

Buy a Google TV device at Walmart ($14).  I did it this morning and I'm good now.  Bonus - clearer picture too.

I have a Fire TV device ordered, but the Google TV device I picked up today is great - Thanks Roku for forcing me to leave you.

I have to agree. Just roll back to 13 so everyone can get on with their watching while you figure it out. Multiple people have reported the same problem but you're still requesting IDs from them. You must be able to replicate the problem by now. It's a first-world problem, for sure, but you must be able to compile the old 13 as an update to this broken 14 and push that as an update to tide us over.

Hmmm.  $19 for a google device at Walmart.   Probably worth checking out.
