Question: If I upgrade my Roku Express 4K+ (which became worthless with OS 14) to, say, a Roku Ultra, will Roku give me trade-in credit for the Express 4K+ that I bought a few months ago with both Roku's and Tablo's blessing? It's for my Tablo 4th Gen Quad.
I'm willing to pay the price difference, but not the full price of an Ultra (or whatever is recommended to solve this problem).

Please do not upgrade tu the ultra ! I did & it did not work ok . Consider getting a firestick / ONN I believe from Goggle .

This explanation for marking this resolved is infuriating stupidity. There are no actionable "instructions" to remedy this issue. The sole party with capability to remedy is Roku. Roku OS should have been rolled back weeks ago. Stop gaslighting your customers and do the right thing. Then apologize for b*tt f**king them and not taking action sooner.
