Solving playback issues

Tablo users it is working on the iPhone & Ipad after the 14.0 update . Sadly, on my two Roku express  boxes which are connected tu the TV’s they are not.Ths issue started two weeks ago & Roku & Tablo tld me they are working tu fix it .when I don’t knw .

The fix is obviously going to hurt them financially.... ads, fees, etc.

They have no reason to fix the problem if it hurts their almighty profits!!

Finally bought an ONN google stick at Walmart for $15 and that solved my problem.

Any device to replace Roku will need to pass through Tablo. Stream Discovery+, Hallmark channel, and Pluto. 

Is there a device that does all 4?

Most services are available on all the primary platforms. Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV, and Apple TV.

I am having the same problem and get the same answers. I have a Fire Stick and that works with Tablo. Looking into just getting a Streaming service like Fubo or similar. Very frustrating!

The ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED!  THE ROKU OS UPDATE BROKE MY TABLOs audio!

Only specific ROKU devices are affected like older and less expensive ROKU's.

NO...I'M NOT PURCHASING MORE ROKU's TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!

I  HAVE DELETED MY ROKU PAYMENT METHOD ON MY ROKU ACCOUNT.  I SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE DO THE SAME THING AND GET ROKU's ATTENTION!!  REMOVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO.  DO IT NOW!!!  ROKU NEEDS to GET WITH TABLO AND RESOLVE THE OS 14.04 UPGRADE ISSUE AND MAKE ALL ROKU's COMPATIBLE WITH TABLO.  NEW OR OR OLD ROKUS!   *** STOP BLAMING TABLO FOR UNTESTED ROKU SOFTWARE RELEASES *****

I purchased a Roku Ultra LT last week which cost me 70 bucks thinking it wld make difference ,bt  it didn’t . I clicked on live TV & it did the same thing as my old Roku Express , it went back tu the Guide / Menu .Tablo told me tu go intu settings and change audio from Auto tu Custom tu Digital Dolby Plus . The Picture came back without sound . Roku customer service told me updating tu 14 caused the problem & tld me tu return the Ultra& get my money back . Presently, I’m able tu view Tablo believe it or not on my IPhone / iPad .

I have a Tablo 4 running 2.2.52 fw and 2 Roku devices - 3810X connected to a 4K TV and a 3920X connected to a Denon AVR-X3000 reciever. Tablo works fine on the 3810X and does not work on the 3920X. Then I saw a post about the audio settings of the Roku. Changed "Digital output format" (Roku Audio menu) to Custom and Dolby - NOW IT WORKS.

The issue seems to be when the Roku tried to auto detect the audio settings via HDMI it is failing for some devices - my thought is HDMI version.

Come on Roku - this is not rocket science - fix the audio handshaking issue - should have been fixed weeks ago.
