Stuck on the logo after updating

Hola tengo el mismo problema, al conectarse a Internet y realizar actualización se queda en el logotipo ese y ya cambie hdmi, cambie cable de alimentación y todo pero no logro solución ¿que puedo hacer?

Please be aware that we support English in the Roku Community and translate to respond to an unsupported language to understand the issue or inquiry.

We would be more than happy to look further into this issue. What Roku-model device are you using? Are you encountering error messages or codes? In addition, have you tried disconnecting the power from your Roku device for 5–10 minutes and then plugging it back in again to see if you are still seeing the issue occur?
