Streaming is stuttering both voice and video

The same thing happened to me and it started on YouTube but then to all channels. Always starts with YouTube.

We understand that you're having an issue with your device's audio. We would be more than happy to help you with this matter. 

To obtain additional information regarding the issue, kindly provide us with the following details:

  • What specific device is having an issue?
  • Could you tell us when did you start seeing this issue occur with Youtube?
  • What is the current version of your device? You can check it by navigating to Home > Settings > System > About > Press the Right Arrow Key 

In the meantime, you can restart the system by navigating to Home > Settings > System > Power > System restart. Please let us know if this fixes the issue.
