I recently "upgraded" to the Streaming Stick 4K for variable speed YouTube videos and faster performance. Well, I'm halfway there.
While I do have variable speed YouTube, the new device is notibly slower than my 5-year old Roku. It often, 25% of the time, restarts when I turn on the TV. And it simply takes longer to get to the initial screen and even navigation seems slow.
The device remains powered from the wall and is within five feet of the router.
Has anyone else shared my experience. Any tips or suggestions?
