Re: Spotify opens to Spotify screen and freezes
Been broken for me for about two months too. Only spotify logo appears. It freezes. If I wait maybe 3 minutes, the logo gets replaced by a thin white bordered box. but same gray screen.
I checked for Spotify app updates. None needed.
I uninstalled Spotify app
I checked for Roku updates, none. last checked today.
I restarted my roku from the menu
I restarted my roku from plugging out and in
I did secret cache clear Roku thing, it restarted
I reinstall Spotify app, still same old problem
* multiple rokus of different types I have in my house, all same
PELASE TAKE THIS MORE SERIOUSLY?

Re: Spotify opens to Spotify screen and freezes
Well this my last try at this issue. I'm very sad at the lack of actual ROKU attention to this issue. Hopefully the factory reset works.

Re: Spotify opens to Spotify screen and freezes
@Big-Ed, if there's a bug in the Spotify app, and there probably is, Roku can't fix it, Spotify has to.
Help others find this answer and click "Accept as Solution."
If you appreciate my answer, maybe give me a Kudo.
I am not a Roku employee.

Re: Spotify opens to Spotify screen and freezes
Nope! Spotify is only working on my phone and one computer at home (but only in FireFox). I have 2 ROKU and neither work. App opens to green logo for several seconds, then a blank screen for a minute or so, then a single rectangle, but nothing can be done. Have to return to ROKU home to get control back.

Re: Spotify opens to Spotify screen and freezes
Nothing at all works. I'm a computer programmer with over 30 years of experience I'm sure I could have figured it out if there was a solution.
I went back to Pandora
