This is not a urgent issue but It seems a bit odd. I was watching a couple of my streaming services and I noticed a couple times after I start the stream the sound gets considerably quieter where I have to increase the volume on my TV. The other times it seemed like the sound was degraded and/or distorted after streaming for a while. The volume change issue I noticed it goes back to normal if I restart the stream but the distorted sound I'm not sure if that can be handled the same way. One I idea I might think could be the issue is the internet connection and I think about how videos load over an internet connection where they need to buffer the video to play continuously without having to wait for it to load, streaming is similar where the episode, special or movie is a longer video that loads the same way. All this being said it could be the internet speed and congestion. However I can't explain why the sound gets quieter but the distorted sound make sense. I'm just curious if this just goes away on its own or if I have to fix something. It could also be the TV but I only noticed it when using my Roku Premiere so that could be the culprit.
If you have any ideas or you think my theories could be correct please leave a reply.

We understand how this issue can be frustrating, but there are a few things we can check.
Have you tried checking the Volume Leveling or Night mode on your Roku Premier's Sound Settings if they're turned on? If so, you may need to turn them off to see if there are any changes in the audio performance on your Roku.

Please let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance.
