This was happening with my Paramount+ app with the Roku Ultra. Most of the other apps or all of them actually besides, Paramount seem to operate properly. But Paramount would black out every couple seconds and it took three minutes plus just to get a few lines down the screen And scroll through the different shows. Now that I turned that feature off, I can finally scroll through Paramount+ again thanks Roku community

Certain Netflix shows are still doing this. I can’t get criminal minds to play properly. Very annoying.

In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart. (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.)

NONE of the suggestions work. It happens on ALL of my Roku devices. I have 6 devices. I'm going to switch them all to other android devices (not Firestick). I have NO issues with my 7 android devices. Your devices have potential, but you need to work on them, bringing them into the 21st century would be a good beginning. You're an Atari in an Xbox world.
