My livingroom roku streaming stick is all fixed, however, my roku streaming stick in my bedroom that is connected to the same account, is missing the YouTubeTV app. I can search for the channel and open it that way, but it is not with the other apps on the home screen. I tried uninstalling the app from the living room roku stick and then installing it back on my bedroom stick, but if I do that, then the livingroom no longer displays the app to the homescreen. So it appears that only one device out of my three can display the app to the homescreen at a time since this all went down.
