Roku turns off after 30-45 minutes

I assume it's my Roku device that is turning itself off after 30-45 minutes. Please advise, Thank you.

Re: Roku turns off after 30-45 minutes

@Warren3-

Roku devices don't actually turn off.  They are on whenever connected to an active power source.  They may be going into a low piwer standby mode though.

Under what circumstances does this occur?

  • When sitting idle?
  • When on pause?
  • When actively viewing a program?
  • Something else?
