If you are using the TV's USB power port, try using a USB wall adapter at outlet. (5volt, 1amp cell phone charger adapter should work).
If that does not help resolve issue, try performing a Factory Reset. (press and hold Reset button for 30+ seconds.) Make sure you have a working physical Roku remote before performing a Factory Reset.
