Roku no longer working "no signal"

I don't use my Roku very often but today when I turned it on there's nothing there ....all I get is "no signal" on a blue screen. I tried unplugging the power and changed the HDMI port and I've also turned to the TV off and on. There are no lights on the device

Could you tell us more about this?

Let us know...

  • What Roku device are you using right now?
  • How are you powering your device? Is it connected directly to a wall outlet or directly to a USB port on your TV?
  • Have you tried using a different power adapter and cable to see if you're still seeing the same issue occur?

With more detailed information, we'll be able to take a peek into this.
