Mine is a slightly older 3600x Streaming Stick.
Here's all that I tried:
Unplugging the stick from both the TV and power
Different power/usb cables
Switching usb ports
Reset modem
Factory reset
Put Nintendo Switch on airplane mode
Secret menu (Home button x5, Fast forward button x3, Rewind button x2)
TV reset- this is what worked for me
If you have more than one remote i suggest you find the second on bc this was happening to me and turns out my other remote was pushed against my bed and wall and was the problem bc after that my tv worked fine
I had a same issue with my 3930X roku. I solved it by using a different HDMI cord. Not sure why Roku is sensitive to the HDMI connection since the *bad* HDMI cord works for other connections like between my XBox and Samsung TV.
hi @Roku,
Don't you think my finding is worthy at least $100 for saving your reputation?
Thanks for the post.
Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into a wall outlet?
With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny
